Judicial Review is the power of the judiciary to interpret the constitutional validity and declare any law or order of the legislature and executive void if it is in conflict with the Constitution of India. Laws incorporated as per the IXth Schedule of the Constitution of India are not subject to Judicial Review. Judicial Review is the powers exercised by the Supreme Court and High Courts.
